Use a template: copy a ready-made quiz
Templates are ready-made quizzes with answers and short explanations. Using one makes your own copy, so you can change anything and the template stays as it is.
Copy a template
- 1Open Templates at the bottom of the sidebar. You can also browse them on rilifi.com/templates.
- 2Pick a template and look through its questions.
- 3Select Use template, give your copy a name and choose a folder. Private is picked for you.
- 4Select Create my copy. Your copy opens in the quiz editor.
- 5Change anything you like, then select Go live.
What you get
- Every question with its options and the right answer marked.
- A timer and points for each question. You can change both in the editor.
- A copy that is yours: your edits never change the template, and later changes to the template never change your copy.
- Short explanations show on rilifi.com for the first 7 questions. They are not part of your copy.
Plan limits
A copy counts as one activity on your plan, the same as a quiz you make yourself.
Common questions
Can I share a copy of a RiLiFi template with my team?
Yes. Put the copy in a shared folder, or move it there later. Everyone with access to the folder can use it.
Are the answers in RiLiFi templates checked?
Yes. Each answer is checked against a source before a template is published. If you spot a mistake, raise a case and we will fix the template.
Does changing my copy change the RiLiFi template?
No. Your copy is yours. The template stays as it is, and later changes to the template never change your copy.
Where does my copy of a RiLiFi template go?
Into your Private folder, unless you pick another folder when you select Use template.
Are explanations included in my copy of a RiLiFi template?
No, not at the moment. Explanations show on rilifi.com for the first 7 questions of each template. Your copy has every question, answer, timer and points value.
