Plan a session with AI: a folder of activities in one go

Plan a session

1. 1Press Plan a session in the top bar. It is on every page, and in the Create menu.
2. 2Describe your session, like "a 1-hour session on online safety for a group of 40". You have 800 characters.
3. 3Optional: press Add an agenda (PDF or photos).
4. 4Under What should we make?, tick the activities you want: quiz, poll, spin wheel, word cloud or Q&A.
5. 5Under Save to, keep A new folder, named after your session, or pick one of your folders.
6. 6Press Generate. Most plans take 5 to 20 seconds.
7. 7Check each activity, then create. Your session is ready in its folder.

What you get

• One of each activity you ticked, written to fit the same session.
• A run order that says when to use each activity.
• A folder description that sums up the session.
• A quiz of 5 to 8 questions. Write a number in your text for more, up to 20.

Fill a folder you already have

Open the folder and press Fill this folder. The plan goes into that folder. The folder description is only added when the folder has none.

Before you save

• Untick an activity to leave it out. Tick it again to bring it back.
• Edit and redo each activity, just like in Generate with AI.
• Each activity counts toward your plan's limit for games. If there is no room, RiLiFi tells you before saving.
