Get started: your first folder and session
Everything in RiLiFi lives in a folder. Make one folder per event or class, put your content in it, and go live from there.
Set up in five steps
- 1Sign up with your email and password, then confirm your email address.
- 2Open Folders and create a folder. Name it after the event, like "Q3 all-hands".
- 3Inside the folder, create what you need: a quiz, a poll, a Q&A, a word cloud or a spin wheel.
- 4Open the item and press Go live.
- 5Share the PIN, the QR code or the link. People join from their phones.
What to create first
- A live poll if you want one quick answer from the room.
- A live Q&A if you want the room's own questions.
- A word cloud to open a session with one word from everyone.
- A live quiz for training, revision or a competitive round.
- A spin wheel to pick a name or a prize winner.
After the session
Every session is archived the moment it ends. Open the item and go to Session history to see who joined and what they answered. Quiz overviews and leaderboards export to CSV.
