Smart folders and sharing
A folder is the home for one event, class or series. Everything you run lives inside one, so the whole team works from the same place.
What goes in a folder
- Quizzes, polls, Q&A sessions, word clouds and spin wheels.
- Bookmarks: links to slide decks, speaker notes or reference docs.
Your private folder
Every account has a private folder pinned at the top of the list. Use it for drafts and personal content.
Share a folder
- 1Open the folder and choose to share it.
- 2Enter a teammate's email address. They need a RiLiFi account.
- 3They see the folder in their workspace.
- 4Revoke access at any time from the same screen.
Common questions
Why use RiLiFi folders instead of sending files?
A RiLiFi folder means nothing gets stuck on one person's laptop. If the host drops out, a teammate opens the same folder and runs the session.
