Present and let the room join
Going live gives you one PIN for the whole presentation. People join once and follow you slide by slide.
Go live
- 1Press Present in the editor. The presentation goes live and you stay in the editor, with a live bar showing the PIN.
- 2Press Open presenter to open the presenter screen in a new tab. Put it on the display the room will see.
- 3The footer shows Join at rilifi.com/join with the PIN, and a QR code people can scan.
How people join
- People open rilifi.com/join on their phone and type the PIN, or scan the QR code. They need no app and no account.
- New presentations ask for a name. People can also choose Not now, just watch.
- Login only asks people to verify their email with a code before they answer. It is on Pro and Enterprise.

Run it from your phone
The phone remote is on Creator, Pro and Enterprise. Press Remote on the presenter screen or the live bar, scan the QR code with your phone and sign in with the same account.
From the phone you can go back and next, read your notes, see the next slide, close or reopen voting, show or hide results, spin the wheel and end the session.
End the session
Press End. A session also ends after 3 hours with no activity, or 24 hours after it started.
Every session gets a report with each slide’s results. Names in results and Excel, CSV and PDF downloads are on paid plans.
