Create your first interactive presentation

Three ways to start

• Start blank. Open Presentations, press New presentation, name it and pick a folder. You get a title slide to build on.
• Bring your deck. Tick I have slides already and drop in a PDF of your PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote or Canva deck. See Bring your deck as a PDF.
• Generate with AI. Describe the talk in a sentence, or add a PDF or photos. AI drafts 8 to 12 slides for 5 AI credits, and you review every slide before it is created.

Add and edit slides

1. 1Press + Slide to add a slide after the one you have selected. The menu groups the types: Content, Ask the room, Quiz and Fun.
2. 2Fill in the Content tab: the title, the question or the answers. Change how results show and the timer in the Settings tab.
3. 3Add Notes for yourself, up to 5,000 characters per slide. Only you see them, on the presenter screen and the phone remote.
4. 4Drag slides in the strip to reorder them, or use Alt+↑ and Alt+↓. Ctrl+Z undoes a change.
5. 5Pick a theme from the toolbar. Your own colours and logo are on paid plans.

Before you present

• If a slide needs something, such as a picture on a Picture slide or a right answer on a quiz question, a pill shows how many slides to fix. Present unlocks once they are fixed.
• Check the room size. The free plan allows 100 people per session.
• When you are ready, see Present and let the room join.
