Bring your deck as a PDF
Your slides come in as pictures, so they look exactly like your deck. Then you add polls, quizzes and Q&A between them.
Download your deck as a PDF
- Google Slides: File › Download › PDF document (.pdf).
- PowerPoint: File › Export (or Save as) › PDF.
- Keynote, Canva or any other app: export or download it as a PDF.
Bring it in
- 1Create a presentation and tick I have slides already, or pick Bring your deck from the + Slide menu in an existing one.
- 2Drop the PDF in or press Choose PDF. It can be up to 50 MB.
- 3If your pages are not 16:9, choose Whole page or Fill slide.
- 4Press Bring it in. Each page becomes a Picture slide, after the slide you had selected.
- 5Add a poll, quiz question, word cloud or Q&A between the pages with + Slide.
Good to know
- The text on imported slides cannot be edited in RiLiFi. Fix typos in your deck before you download the PDF.
- Animations, transitions and speaker notes do not come across. Add presenter notes per slide in RiLiFi.
- A presentation holds up to 100 slides. If the PDF has more pages than fit, the first ones are brought in.
- A locked PDF cannot be read. Remove the password and try again.
- Bringing decks straight from PowerPoint and Google Slides is on our roadmap.
