Moderate questions before they appear
In a big or public room, approve each question before it reaches the screen. A teammate can do it, so the speaker keeps talking.
Steps
- 1Open the Q&A and set Moderation to "Review first".
- 2Share the folder with the teammate who will moderate. They need edit access.
- 3Go live. New questions wait in the review queue.
- 4Approve the questions that should go on screen. The rest never appear.
When to use auto-approve instead
For a small, trusted team meeting, auto-approve keeps things fast. Questions go live the moment they are sent.
