Get help: raise a support case

The fastest way to reach our team is a support case. You raise it from inside your account, our team picks it up, and we email you as we work through it with you. Support is free on every plan, and paid plans get priority.

Raise a case

  1. 1Sign in and open Help & support from your account menu, or press Help at the top of the page.
  2. 2Press New case.
  3. 3Write a one-line title, from 3 to 200 characters.
  4. 4Add the details, from 10 to 2,000 characters: what happened, what you expected and any error message you saw.
  5. 5Pick a priority and a category, then press Send case.

Priority and category

PriorityLow, Medium, High or CriticalMedium is the default. Save Critical for something that is blocking you right now.
CategoryBug, Feature Request, Support, Account Issue, Technical Issue or OtherPick the closest match so the right person picks it up.

Track your case

  • Each case shows its status: Open, In-Progress or Closed.
  • We email you with updates and help you until it is sorted.
  • Change the title, details or priority while the case is open.
  • Press Mark as complete once you no longer need help.
  • Search your past cases by title or description.

Write a case we can solve fast

  • Name the item involved: the quiz, poll, Q&A or folder.
  • List the steps that led to the problem.
  • Copy any error message word for word.
  • Say when it happened, especially if it was during a live session.

Common questions

Is RiLiFi support free?
Yes. Every RiLiFi account, free plan included, can raise support cases. Paid plans get priority.
How will I know when RiLiFi replies to my case?
We email you and help you through the case until it is sorted.
Can I still email RiLiFi?
Yes, at hello@rilifi.com. For anything about your account, a RiLiFi support case is faster because it reaches our team already linked to your account.
