Generate with AI: quizzes, polls, wheels, word clouds and Q&A
Every create dialog in RiLiFi has a Generate with AI option. You describe what you need in one sentence, RiLiFi writes a draft, and you check it before anything is saved.
Generate a draft
- 1Create a quiz, poll, spin wheel, word cloud or Q&A, from the sidebar or inside a folder.
- 2Pick Generate with AI at the top of the dialog. Start blank gives you the usual empty form.
- 3Describe what you need. Say who it is for and how long, like "healthy sleep habits for a group of 30, easy level". RiLiFi works out the rest.
- 4For a quiz, pick the number under Questions, or write it in your text, like "15 questions".
- 5To write from your own material, press Add a PDF or photos. See Make a quiz from a PDF or photos.
- 6Press Generate. Most drafts take 5 to 20 seconds.
- 7Check the draft, pick the folder and press create. Nothing is saved before this step.
What each one gives you

Check and edit the draft
- Untick Keep to leave a question out.
- Edit any question or answer, and change which answers are correct.
- Why: under a question gives the reason for the right answer. From your file: shows the line it came from.
- Press Redo this one to replace one question. For a poll, word cloud, wheel or Q&A, press Make another. You have 5 redos per draft.
- The note "AI can make mistakes. Check answers before going live." is always on screen. Read every answer before you go live.
- Closed the dialog by mistake? Your draft waits for 2 hours. Open the dialog again and press Continue.

Common questions
Why did I get fewer questions than I asked for?
RiLiFi only writes questions it is sure of. When a topic is very narrow, or a file has little to work with, it writes fewer, and a note at the top says why. Press Add details, add a few facts or a file, and generate again.
What if my topic is about my own team, class or event?
RiLiFi cannot know private facts like your own schedule or products. It makes a general version, and a note says what to add. Press Add details, paste the facts or add a PDF, and generate again.
How does RiLiFi handle new or specialist topics?
For certification exams, products and recent topics, RiLiFi first looks up facts on the web, then writes the questions from them. The review then says "Written from facts found with a web search". These quizzes take a little longer, usually 15 to 20 seconds. Everyday topics skip this step.
Which languages can RiLiFi AI write in?
It writes in the language of your description. Describe your quiz in French and you get a French quiz.
Do I have to use AI?
No. Pick Start blank and build it yourself, as before.
How many credits does Generate with AI use?
A draft from your description uses 1 credit. A draft from a PDF or photos uses 2. Redos and requests that fail are free. See AI credits.
