AI credits: what uses them and where to see them
Each AI request uses 1, 2 or 5 credits, depending on what you ask for. Your plan, and on Enterprise your number of licences, sets how many credits you get each month. The count starts again each calendar month.
What each request costs

| A draft from a PDF or photos | 2 credits | Reading a file takes more work. |
| Plan a session | 5 credits | Several activities in one go, with or without an agenda. |
| Redo or Make another | Free | Up to 5 per draft. |
| A request that fails or that we cannot help with | Free | Only finished drafts use credits. |

Your monthly AI credits come with your plan. On Enterprise they also depend on your number of licences. See pricing and Plans, limits and billing.
Questions and answers
How many credits does each RiLiFi AI request use?
1 credit for a draft from your description, 2 for a draft from a PDF or photos, and 5 for Plan a session. Redos and requests that fail are free.
Do failed AI requests use credits?
No. If a request fails, it is free. Redos are free too.
When do RiLiFi AI credits reset?
At the start of each calendar month.
Do AI credits depend on my plan?
Yes. Your plan sets your monthly AI credits, and on Enterprise so does your number of licences. See pricing.
