Agile and Scrum basics quiz
Twelve questions on Scrum roles, events and commitments, plus the Agile Manifesto, checked against the Scrum Guide 2020.
Medium 12 questions 30 s each · about 10 min Checked against 3 sources

A refresher for teams that work in Sprints, and a fair test for anyone new to Agile. The questions follow the official Scrum Guide (2020): who is accountable for what, how long the events last and what each artefact commits to. Two final questions go back to the Agile Manifesto, written in 2001.
How to run it
- Use it as a warm-up at the start of Scrum training: the results show which parts of the Scrum Guide the group needs most.
- After each answer, ask how your own team does it in practice. The gap between the guide and real life starts the best discussions.
- Questions 6 to 8 cover the three commitments, which most people mix up. Show the leaderboard after question 8 and go over them together.
