Christmas presentation template for your office party

This Christmas presentation template runs your whole office party from one deck. Colleagues answer on their phones: one word for the year, the great Christmas music debate, a quick quiz about traditions around the world, pin the star on the tree and a spin of the wheel for the first Secret Santa gift. Every slide has notes that say what to say and how long to spend. Plan on about 45 minutes.

  • 18 slides
  • About 45 min
  • 11 slides the room answers
  • Presenter notes on every slide

Questions about this template

Do colleagues need an app to take part?

No. They join in their phone's browser with the PIN or QR code shown on the screen. No account is needed.

Can I change the slides?

Yes. Using the template makes your own copy. Change any text, add or remove slides, and swap the photos for your own.

Can we play it at an online party?

Yes. Share your screen in the video call and everyone joins on their phone with the same PIN.

Is the Christmas party template free?

Yes. Using the template is free, and so is running it: the Free plan includes 15 activities and up to 100 people per session. Paid plans for bigger rooms start at $7 a month.

Are the answers anonymous?

Not fully. People type a name when they join, because the quiz leaderboard and the lucky spin use it, and written answers such as shout-outs show the writer's name on screen. For an anonymous party, turn off Ask for names and give the wheel a list of names instead.
