Training feedback form, answered live
This training feedback form runs as the last 15 minutes of any training session, so you get answers from everyone before they leave the room. Instead of a survey link nobody opens, people answer on their phones: overall ratings, the most useful part, what to improve, how confident they feel applying it and the questions still open. Answers are anonymous by default, and every slide has notes on what to say and how to use the results.

Questions about this template
Why run training feedback live instead of a survey?
Everyone answers before they leave, so you get feedback from the whole room, not just the few who open a survey link later. You can also answer open questions on the spot.
Are the answers anonymous?
Yes. The template does not ask for names, so people can be honest. Turn on Ask for names in Settings if you need to follow up with someone.
Can I export the feedback?
Yes. The session report keeps every answer; on Creator, Pro and Enterprise you can export it as CSV.
Is the training feedback template free?
Yes. Using the template is free, and so is running it: the Free plan includes 15 activities and up to 100 people per session. Paid plans for bigger rooms start at $7 a month.
Do people need an app or an account?
No. They join in their phone or laptop browser with the PIN or QR code on the screen. No app and no account.
