This all-hands meeting template gives your company update a clear shape and lets everyone take part from their phone. Start with a word for the month, share wins and let people send shout-outs, explain where you are heading and check that the goals are clear, then open an anonymous Q&A where the most upvoted questions rise to the top. It runs in about 55 minutes, works in the room and on a video call, and every slide has notes on what to say and how long to spend.

How long is the all hands meeting?
About 55 minutes, with 12 for Q&A. For a 30 minute version, drop the team spotlights and keep the Q&A to 8 minutes.
Are the questions anonymous?
Yes. The template does not ask for names, so people can ask what they really want to know. Upvotes put the most wanted questions first.
Can we run it as a hybrid or remote all hands?
Yes. Share your screen in the video call. People in the room and at home join with the same PIN, so everyone votes and asks on equal terms.
Is the all hands template free?
Yes. Using the template is free, and so is running it: the Free plan includes 15 activities and up to 100 people per session. Paid plans for bigger rooms start at $7 a month.
Can leaders review questions before they show?
On the Creator, Pro and Enterprise plans you can turn on Review first, so new questions wait for approval. On the Free plan questions show as they arrive.
