What two minutes are good for
The ring is half empty at 1:00, which makes the halfway point easy to spot from across the room. It turns coral for the last 12 seconds.
- Pair share. Partners take one minute each to explain an idea. When the display reaches 1:00, they swap.
- Stand-up updates. Two minutes per person keeps a daily stand-up short. Press R and Start between speakers so everyone gets the same time.
- Tidy-up and transitions. Give a class two minutes to pack away, or a team two minutes to move to the next room.
- Lightning answers. Teams agree on one answer to a hard question before the chime. It is just enough time to argue and decide.
