What ten minutes are good for
The ring and digits turn coral for the final minute. From 5 minutes left, screen readers hear a short message each minute.
- Group task. Split the class into groups and give them ten minutes to solve one problem. Use the free random group generator first, so the groups are fair.
- Timed reading or writing. Ten minutes of silent reading or free writing, with the time on the board so nobody checks their phone.
