How to use this or that at work

Pick three to five pairs and go fast. Nobody explains until everyone has chosen, then ask one person for their reason and move on. The whole thing fits in the first three minutes of a meeting.

  • Stand-up opener. One pair a day, before the updates. The Work style section tells you how people like to work, which is handy for any team lead.
  • New team. Run ten pairs as a live poll in the first team meeting. The results show who likes deep work, who likes chat, and who wants the agenda the day before.
  • Team day. Mix in the Office life section between longer sessions. It is a quick reset that needs no setup.

Safe for any team

None of these pairs touch health, money, religion, politics, appearance or family status. They stick to things everyone at work has a view on, from agendas to snack drawers.

Pairs about how people work, such as “Deep work or quick wins?” or “Agenda the day before or agenda on the day?” They are easy to answer and the results tell you something useful about the team.
Are these questions work-safe?
Yes. They leave out health, money, religion, politics, appearance and family status, so everyone can answer without sharing anything private.

Yes. Make a RiLiFi poll for each pair, with the two options as answers, and share the PIN or QR code. The free plan covers 100 people per session.
