A round for a Discord night, a stream, a pub quiz or any group counting down to the launch. It starts with the setting and the two leads that everyone who saw the trailers knows. Then it moves through the delays, the records the trailers set and the studios behind the game. It ends with series history going back to 1997. Twenty questions take about 16 minutes.
How to run it
- Run it on stream with the PIN on screen. Chat joins from their phones, and the leaderboard after each question gives you something to react to between rounds.
- Pause after question 9, the release date, and ask the room how many times they think the game has been delayed. Then tell them.
- Questions 16 to 20 are app only. Question 17, the year the first Grand Theft Auto came out, is your tie-breaker: most people guess too late.
